NeatDue

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Plain-English summary

Free is free — nothing to refund. Pro is sold through Paddle (our Merchant of Record), so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

Not happy with a charge? Email support@neatdue.com within 14 daysof the payment and we'll sort it out. You can cancel your subscription anytime and keep using Pro until the end of the paid period.

1. Free plan

The NeatDue Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment method, so no refunds apply.

2. Pro subscriptions and Paddle

NeatDue Pro ($9/month or $59/year) is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: your receipt comes from Paddle, and any refund is processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

3. Requesting a refund

We review requests within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle; depending on your bank, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days. Refunds for renewals you forgot to cancel are normally granted if you contact us within the 14-day window and haven't materially used Pro features since the charge. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated refund-and-resubscribe patterns).

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime — via the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to support@neatdue.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan — your invoices and clients are not deleted, but Free plan limits apply again.

5. Questions

Anything unclear about billing? Email support@neatdue.com — a human will answer.
