Terms of Service

NeatDue is operated by PE Basev Maksim Igorevich. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to PE Basev Maksim Igorevich. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and us governing your use of NeatDue at neatdue.com(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

NeatDue is a web application for creating, managing, and exporting invoices as PDF files. You enter your sender details, manage client records, build invoices with line items, tax, currencies and custom fields, and download the result.

2. Your account

You need an account (Google sign-in or email/password) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create fraudulent, deceptive, or fake invoices, or invoices for illegal goods or services;
• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to access other users' data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Plans and limits

• Free — up to 3 clients, up to 5invoices per calendar month, one template, and a "Made with NeatDue" watermark on every generated PDF. Custom logo upload is not included.
• NeatDue Pro — $9/month or $59/year: no client or invoice limits, custom logo, and no watermark.

We may adjust plan features or limits; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will notify you in advance.

5. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing for the purchase, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the receipt emails from Paddle or by contacting us at support@neatdue.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation or downgrade your account returns to the Free plan: your data is not deleted, but Free limits apply again (existing content above the limits stays readable; creating new clients or invoices beyond the limits requires Pro). 6. Your content

You own the content you create in NeatDue (sender profile, clients, invoices, logo). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, including any personal data of your clients that you enter.

7. Not professional advice

NeatDue is a tool for formatting and managing invoices. It is not accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or legal advice, and generated documents are not guaranteed to satisfy the invoicing requirements of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the correctness of your invoices and for your tax obligations. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS"and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PE Basev Maksim Igorevich will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7–9) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
